Stuffed Shells pg 161 - Cook yourself Thin

This is a very filling and scrumptious meal. It takes a bit of time to make but well worth the effort. I didn't have any mozzarella cheese so I used sharp cheddar instead, to me it was still very good.

Unfortunately Mike is out of town so he didn't get a taste and Alexander did taste one of the shells but didn't like it so much. Course he doesn't like much more than hot dogs, chicken nuggets and hamburgers.

Cook Yourself Thin - first receipe

After seeing the previews for the movie Julie & Julia where an amateur chef decides to cook every recipe in a cookbook from acclaimed celebrity chef Julia Childs and keepa a blog about it I thought it would be fun to keep a post of what I am making out of the cookbook Cook Yourself Thin and let you know about what me and my family think about the meals.OK so here is the first recipe I made..............................
Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins, pg 86

Yummy, Alexander thinks they are a wonderful desert. I think that the four chocolate chips give it enough sweetness to make the healthy muffins a treat.

These are only the thouhts of Kimi and are not in any way realted to the makers of the book.
