Chocolate Pavlova - Cook youself thin pg. 227
This one was neat to make. I never made meringue before. Of course I didn't have the berries so I am thinking it would taste better with the berries. I would also recommend making it in cupcake cups it would be easier to serve unless you are going for the whole visual thing.
It tastes like the meringue cookies you can buy from Nino's. So if you wanted to add some coffee to it you would have the cappachino tasting ones. Yum!
Isabella absolutely loves these and can't seem to get enough.

Stuffed French Toast Sundaes - Cook yourself Thin.
I made this meal for Mike and I for lunch. It was tasty, however, I did not have the berries and think that it would have been much tastier with the berries. It was a filling meal and know we will have it again.
Chicken and Bean Burritos with Pineapple Salsa - Cook yourself thin
Sorry I don't have a picture for this one. They got all eaten up before I took a picture. Anyway, this is a great tasting meal. The combination of veggies with the pinapple is wonderful. You don't even need to add the cheese if you are looking to cut more calories it taste great with or without the cheese.
